Do I need to send you their collar?
No. Their collar never leaves your hands. The sign arrives with two slots ready, and you simply thread the collar through at home.
Will their collar fit?
The slots fit most collars up to about 3 cm wide. If their collar is wider than that, or you'd like to use a lead or harness instead, get in touch before ordering and we'll help you work out what will fit.
What kind of photo works best?
Any clear photo where their face is in focus. Because the portrait is round, a photo with their face near the middle works beautifully. Photos straight from your phone are perfect. If you can, use the original rather than a screenshot or one saved from social media.
What should I write for the message?
Keep it short and from the heart. Words like "Forever in our hearts", "Always by our side" or "Our best friend" all fit beautifully. Whatever feels right to you is the right choice.
How long will it take to arrive?
Because each sign is laid out for you and made to order just for you, please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. For Christmas delivery, please order by 6 November. Delivery is free anywhere in Australia.
Can I send it as a gift?
Of course. Just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout and it will go straight to them. It's one of the most meaningful gifts you can give someone who has just lost their companion.
What if something isn't right when it arrives?
If your sign arrives damaged or with a printing fault, get in touch with a photo and we'll make it right with a free replacement. Because every sign is personalised, we can't accept change-of-mind returns, so please double-check the spelling and years before you order.
