Will it arrive before Christmas?
Each ornament is laid out for you and made to order, so please allow 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. For Christmas delivery, please order by 6 November. We'll always do our best, but orders placed after that date may arrive in the new year.
What kind of photo works best?
Any clear photo where their face is in focus. Because the ornament is heart-shaped, a photo with their face near the middle works beautifully. Photos straight from your phone are perfect. If you can, use the original rather than a screenshot or one saved from social media.
What's the difference between the two styles?
Photo on front has their photo, name and years on the front, with a plain back. The two-sided style adds your message on the back as well, which many people love because there's something to turn over and read as they hang it each year.
What should I write for the message?
Keep it short and from the heart. Words like "Forever in our hearts", "Our first Christmas without you" or "Always by our side" all fit beautifully. Whatever feels right to you is the right choice.
Can I send it as a gift?
Of course. Just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout and it will go straight to them. For someone facing their first Christmas without their companion, it's one of the most thoughtful gifts you can give.
What if something isn't right when it arrives?
If your ornament arrives damaged or with a printing fault, get in touch with a photo and we'll make it right with a free replacement. Because every ornament is personalised, we can't accept change-of-mind returns, so please double-check the spelling and years before you order.
