Questions people often ask
What kind of photo works best?
Any clear photo where their face is in focus. Because the portrait is round, a photo with their face near the middle works beautifully. Photos straight from your phone are perfect. If you can, use the original rather than a screenshot or one saved from social media.
Will I see it before it's printed?
Yes. As you add their photo, name, years and message, you'll see a preview of your print, so you know exactly how it will look before you order.
What should I write for the message?
Keep it short and from the heart. Words like "Forever in our hearts", "Always by our side" or "Our best friend" all fit beautifully. Whatever feels right to you is the right choice.
Is the front glass?
No. We use shatterproof plexiglass. It looks clear and crisp like glass, but it won't break in transit or if it's ever knocked off a shelf.
How long will it take to arrive?
Every print is made to order just for you here in Australia, so please allow around one to two weeks for delivery. For Christmas delivery, please order by 10 December. Delivery is free anywhere in Australia.
Can I send it as a gift?
Of course. Just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout and it will go straight to them. It's a kind way to tell someone you're thinking of them.
What if something isn't right when it arrives?
If your print arrives damaged or with a printing fault, get in touch with a photo and we'll make it right with a free replacement. Because every print is personalised, we can't accept change-of-mind returns, so please double-check the spelling and dates in your preview before you order.
