Questions people often ask

Which size should I choose?

The Lap size (76 x 102 cm) is perfect over your knees or for a smaller pet's bed. The Throw (127 x 152 cm) is our most popular, big enough to wrap around your shoulders on the couch. The Large (152 x 203 cm) covers a single bed or the end of a queen bed.

How long does delivery take?

Each blanket is laid out by hand and made to order, so please allow around three to four weeks for delivery. For Christmas delivery, please order by 13 November. We'll always do our best, but orders placed after that date may arrive in the new year.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear photo where their face is in focus and well lit. Photos straight from your phone are perfect. If you can, use the original rather than a screenshot or one saved from social media, as larger files print much more clearly on a blanket.

How do I care for it?

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out, and line dry or tumble dry on low. Avoid bleach and ironing the printed side, and it will stay soft and bright for years.

Can I send it as a gift?

Of course. Just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout and it will go straight to them. For someone who has just lost their companion, it's a gift they can hold on to.

What if something isn't right when it arrives?

If your blanket arrives damaged or with a printing fault, get in touch with a photo and we'll make it right with a free replacement. Because every blanket is personalised, we can't accept change-of-mind returns, so please double-check the spelling and years before you order.
